Dear Mr. García,
I write
this letter to report that residents of the village disagree with your new
project, the nearby landfill.
Firstly, I
would be grateful if you could think in how are changing our lives. Since two
weeks, we are living in a place where we can't bear the bad smell and the
continuous noise of this nearby landfill. Secondly, animals like rats, which
hardly ever had appeared before in Santa Coloma, are now colonizing the sewerage
system.
To
continue, with this increasing unhealthy situation, we have looked for
information and law says that a nearby landfill has to be situated at least in
7 km far to a population.
I would
like to point out that Santa Coloma's nearby landfill is situated at 4 km to the village.
To
conclude, I would advise you that if you didn't stop the activity and solve the
bad smell in one week, all the neighbors would bring the case to court.
