Mary, Henry and their three sons begin their winter vacation in Thailand. On the morning of December 26th, the family is relaxing in the pool after Christmas Day, when a tsunami invades the hotel grounds and sweeps the coast, so the family is separated. Having been engulfed by the wave, Mary is bitten and abused by underwater until it is on the verge of death.
Finally, she seriously wounded she is hold to a palm tree,
convinced that she lost her entire family. But then Lucas, his oldest son, appeared
to the surface a few meters ahead.
Without
time to assimilate the incomprehensible and unexpected disaster that they just
suffered, Mary must fight for the survival of her son and herself. They looked
for her three children and her husband. Mary became sick, but her son take cared of her.
At the end they met again the whole family but they didn’t forget the worst
month of their lives.
I think that this movie is the best film that I saw this year. I like this movie because it has special effects and is a real story .
In my opinion, this movie is incredible, excellent and sensational. In this film there are moments in which it cost breathing because you are very scared. In short I like this
movie a lot.
