August: Osage County

August: Osage County tells the tale of the dysfunctional Westin clan, who all come together after the death of patriarch Beverly Weston. His wife Violet, who is fighting mouth cancer and a growing dependency on pain pills, sees her entire clan return home for the services, including her sister Mattie Fae Aiken and her husband Charles and their son "Little" Charles. Also arriving are Violet's three daughters: Barbara and her husband Bill, Ivy, and wild child Karen, who brings her fiancé Steve. As the clan bickers and jokes, old truths come to the surface, jealousies flourish, and eventually each of the characters confronts some past hurt or future fear.

Unbroken

The last film I've seen this Christmas holidays is called Unbroken. Is directed and produced by Angelina Jolie and it's a dramatic story about a real man who lived a horrible experience on the Second World War (1939-1945). The film is based in real events that have been in Japan.
The film starts showing the protagonist in a military aircraft with the mission of bomb a Japanese island, when suddenly, the Japanese attak the plane and the protagonist have a flash in a little village of USA, where we can see how a little boy called Louis Zamperini is training to run a race and go to the Olympic Games.
Returning on the present, Louis when arrives to the safe island is sent with more people in a mission to rescue people that are in the ocean, but the engine of their plane fail and only survive three of the crew.
The three boys stays in the middle of the ocean during 47 days until the Japanese flote jails them and take two of them in a Japanese island because one of them are dead by dehydratation.
In a few days they are moved into a camp in Tokio that is headed by an old rival of the Olympic Games that is so jealous of Louis. He treats Louis cruelly but Louis always stays alive and unbroken, like the film is called.
I don't want to explain the end of the movie because the film have just released in November, 17 of the past year and it's a good movie that anyone can see.

Project X

The last film that I've seen this Christmas is Project X.

The film is directed by Todd Phillips ane starred by Thomas Mann, Oliver Cooper and Jonathan Brown.

The movie is about three young boys that want to make a party in the house the one of them because the parents of that boy are away. The idea is simple. Make a party that nobody will forget. The things are going well, only a few persons in the party and having a good time. But, somebody invited more people, and the party is growing. Jumping from the roof, drinking until burp and wild sex are only a little part of that party that ends in a big funny disaster.

THE NOTEBOOK.

“The notebook” is my favorite movie, the movie treats of a boy and a girl that  cannot be together. Their names are Noah and Allie, Noah is a young boy who is neither rich nor poor. Allie instead is a girl whose family is rich.
Noah and Allie spend an idyllic summer together but the family of Allie wants that she marries with another boy. Allie wants to be with Noah but hes parents do not want that it happens. The plot of the movie is that Allie will have to choose with witch boy prefer. Finally Allie chose Noah because he is the boy of his life, and she come to he and make a life together. Allie guides by the heart and not by the money.

It’s my favorite movie because It teaches us that it is necessary to fight for what you want.

"About time"

The last film that I have seen this Christmas is “About time”. This is a 2013 romantic comedy-drama film which was written and directed by Richard Curtis and was stared by Domhnall Gleeson, Rachel McAdams and Bill Nighy. It was released in the United Kingdom on 4th September 2013 and in the United States on 1st November 2013.
It’s about a young man, Tim, who discovered that he had the special ability to time travel. After the party of the end of the year, his father told the others members of the family that both of them always have had this ability. Tim couldn’t change his history but he can change all that was happening during his life. Then, he decided to have a better world and he wanted to have a girlfriend. He knew that all of that won’t be very easy. Tim decided to move to London for working in a buffet where he met a girl whose name was Mary. They fell in love, but one unfortunate journey in time erased the first time that they met. He tried to meet her many times but finally he have could conquered her. He used his powers to create the perfect proposal, to save his wedding, to avoid a professional disaster of one of his best friends and finally to help to his pregnant wife to arrive on time in the hospital.

At the end of the film Tim realized that this gift doesn't protect him of his grief’s and also he thought that time travel has limitations and also could be dangerous.

MY FAVOURITE FILM.

My favourite film on Christmas is New Year’s Eve, because it’s a perfect film to watch in this time of the year. The film is starred by Hilary Swank, Sarah Jessica Parker, Robert DeNiro, Zac Efron, Jon Bon Jovi and more. Directed by Garry Marshall.
This film talks about different kind of histories that happened on 31st December in New York specifically in Times Square. For example there is Paul (Zac Efron) that he wants to get two tickets for a party at night, but before he has helped Ingrid (Michelle Pfeiffer) make real their purposes. The other story is Randy (Ashton Kutcher), that hates Christmas and New Year’s Eve too, and for bad luck he stucks in an elevator with Elise.
But the most story in this film that I like is the romantic story with Daniel Jensen (Jon Bon Jovi) and Laura (Katherine Heigl), is my favourite part of the film because they meet again and their feelings come back. Firstly Laura wants forgive her love for Daniel and Daniel will do everything for staying with Laura.
At the end every stories finished good, except one. Do you know what this is? Watch the film.

The Impossible

Mary, Henry and their three sons begin their winter vacation in Thailand. On the morning of December 26th, the family is relaxing in the pool after Christmas Day, when a tsunami invades the hotel grounds and sweeps the coast, so the family is separated. Having been engulfed by the wave, Mary is bitten and abused by underwater until it is on the verge of death.

Finally, she seriously wounded she is hold to a palm tree, convinced that she lost her entire family. But then Lucas, his oldest son, appeared to the surface a few meters ahead.
Without time to assimilate the incomprehensible and unexpected disaster that they just suffered, Mary must fight for the survival of her son and herself. They looked for her three children and her husband. Mary became sick, but her son take cared of her. At the end they met again the whole family but they didn’t forget the worst month of their lives.

I think that this movie is the best film that I saw this year. I like this movie because it has special effects and is a real story .
In my opinion, this movie is incredible, excellent and sensational. In this film there are moments in which it cost breathing because you are very scared. In short I like this movie a lot.

At the beginning of the film a little child appears. He was wearing a pirate gold coin. Elisabeth, a little girl that is the same age that the boy, steal his coin because any hint of piracy was punished with the death.

When Jack was in prison a black pirate boat appears called the Black Pearl that bombs the town, and the crew kill and loot all the villages looking for the coin that Elisabeth had. When they find Elisabeth, they kidnap her, they return to the boat and go away.

William Turner, the little child that appears at beginning of the film, went to prison to look for Jack Sparrow because he knows something about the Black Pearl. Jack said that if he can help them to go out, then Jack helps him to rescue Elisabeth, Will's love. Will accepts the deal and safes Jack.

Then Jack and Will steal the best boat of the British army and they go to Tortuga Island to recruit some crew to go to search Elisabeth and take the black pearl.

But the captain of the Black Pearl knows it and attacks Jack and his crew.

The crew of the black pearl can’t die because they have been cursed by an Aztec gold. For this reason, they capture Jack and leave him and Elisabeth on a desert island and kidnap Will.

For brake these curse, the crew have to gather eight hundred coins like the Elisabeth’s one.

Elisabeth makes a fire to advise the British and they go to safe her.

Because of the pirates have William Turner, Elisabeth wants to save him when the British army arrive at the desert island. When British, Jack and Elisabeth arrive at the Black Pearl, the crew of the Black Pearl attack the British. When British have all lost, Jack gated the coins, the curse brokes and the pirates die.

Finally, Jack and his new crew escaped in the Black Pearl and Elisabeth and Will return to royal harbour to be married

To find the little brother they were trying to re-compose what happened last night, but it won’t be easy…
