Nikola Tesla

Nikola Tesla was born in Smiljan, Austrian Empire, now Croatia, July 10, 1856, and died in New York City, January 7, 1943

Tesla was physicist, mathematician, inventor, and engineer.

It is famous for his numerous inventions, experiments, theories and nominations such as considered the inventor of the radio, the main promoter of the transport of electricity into alternating current, defines the rules of television-automatically discovers the principle of reflection waves on objects, and others.

For all these inventions and theories he didn't received many awards and distinctions which seems strange because of his great contribution to life. The fat of his life, only received two awards:

Edison Medal of the American Institute of Electrical Engineers
John Scott Medal in 1934

However, we have a record of Tesla always if we talk about the magnetic induction, as the SI unit for measuring the magnetic induction is the Tesla.

GEORGE CLOONEY

George Timothy Clooney is an actor, director, producer and an US scriptwriter. Clooney was born in Lexington, Kentucky in 19961. 

He won four Golden Globes, two Oscars and one BAFTA. He is the only person nominated to the Oscars in six different categories.

He studied interpretation in Beverly Hills Playhouse. He debut for the first time with a horror movie called Return to horror high in 1987. In 1989 he got married with the actress, Talia Balsam but they divorce in 1992. Later he went out with Kelly  Preston.

Clooney appeared in different movies, each time with a role more important. For his interpretation in Syriana he won the Oscar of the best supporting role in 2005.

In 2014 Clooney got married with a British lawyer called Amal Alamuddin. 

Norah Jones

Norah Jones is an American singer-songwriter and actress. She was born in 1979 in New York. Her father is Ravi Shankar, a famous Indian sitar player, and her mother is in the concert producer Sue Jones. In 1986 her parents separated and later got divorced, and Norah went to live in Texas with her mother.

Norah was interested in music all her life. When she was young she played the saxophone and she was in two different choirs. She went to the University of North Texas to study jazz piano, and while she was there she met Jesse Harris. She started a band with him a year later, and since then they have worked together on many different projects.

In 1999 she moved to New York, and in 2001 she signed a contract with Blue Note records. Since then she has made five albums, and they have all been very successful. She has won nine Grammy awards and has sold over 37 million albums worldwide. She has also appeared in several films, including My Blueberry Nights.

She has been in only one relationship, with Lee Alexander, but they broke up in 2007. She still lives in New York. At the moment she is working on a new album.

Angelina Jolie

Angelina Jolie is an American actress, filmmaker and humanitarian. She was born on 1975 in Los Angeles, California. She’s one of Hollywood’s leading actresses, is known for famous movies like Changeling and Salt and for her relationship with the actor Brad Pitt.

She's also directed the film In the Land of Blood and Honey, and is coupled with actor Brad Pitt.

She began acting at a young age, studying at the Lee Strasberg Theater Institute while in her early teens. Jolie later attended New York University.

Angelina Jolie recorded a lot of famous movies and in 90’s she became a famous actress and model.

After that she recorded Mr. and Mrs. Smith and she met Brad Pitt, her future husband and actor too. Angelina Jolie has been three daughters and three sons; three of them have been adopted.

Nowadays Angelina Jolie is still one of the best actresses in world and one of the best paid.  

Paul David Hewson

Paul David Hewson, who is member one of most famous and wealthiest bands in world, is known as Bono. He was born in Dublin in 10^th of May in 1960.  Bono received a special education because his parents put him in religious school in Ireland and he grew up with definite aspirations.

When he was 16 years old he joined with friend and they created a music band that it have called U2. Bono was the first guitarist of the band but when the singer went away Bono had to learn how to sing and then he was a singer of the band.

In 1983 the band U2 put on sale the “War” album that it became famous. In 1985 Bono had a good actuation with the world because he helped the famine victims in Africa when he organized the Live Aid concert in order to collected money. “The Joshua Tree” was the album that it recognition for all over the world. Bono is very modest men and he spoke to the United Nations in 1999 for all of countries took the money for third world.

Today, Bono remains a music star and struggles for create news campaigns against huger and third world debt.

JAMES DEAN

James Dean, who was a famous actor in United States, was born in Marion, Indiana on the 8^th of februrary in 1931, and he died in California, on the 30^th of setembre in 1955. He became a idol because he died when he was only 24 years old.

James Dean was only one son in his family, six years later his father left his farm job because he started worked on a dentist and his family moved in Santa Mònica. Then James lived with his uncles.

When he stared the high school, he began theatre and basketball, but in basketball he hadn’t good luck because he needed glasses to saw better. After when he finished his studies he moved in Los Angeles with his father that he returend married. James Dean went to university and in this time he settle down with theatre.

His degree as actor stared when he made an adverstiment for Pepsi-Cola, and then he left the universitiy for dedicated in actor. He appeared in different series on televesion, for example: Kraft Television Theater, Studio One, Lux Video Theatre, Danger, Robert Montgomery Presents i General Electric Theater.

He recived two times the nomination of the best actor, and the second time he recived when he was dead. It was the first actor to recived a Oscar in this condition.

James Dean was a very passionate with car races, and when he was 24 he got on in a car and he had an accident that produced his death. It was a terrible occurrence.

In his headstone there are some words: “We have to live fast, death comes early”

MIGUEL ANGEL SILVESTRE

Miguel Angel Silvestre is a Spanish actor who was born on 6 of April in 1982, he became a famous in the serie "Sin tetas no hay paraiso" on the role "El Duque".

Miguel Angel Silvestre was going to became a professional tennis player, but he suffered an injury in a Hungarian tourmenent. He later decided to study physiotherapist until his aunt introduced him in the word of theatre.

He studied drama, physical theatre, modern dance and acrobatics before he won Mister Castellón 2002 pageant. 

Silvestre stars in the Pedro Almodóvar film, "I'm so excited" and in the Spanish horror film trhriller "Verbo".

Actually, he is the main character of the serie "Velvet".

Albert Einstein

Albert Einstein was born on 14^th March 1879 in Wurtemberg, Germany. He was a brilliant physic, probably the most important one on the twelfth century.

Since Einstein was a child, he want to learn mathematics. However, he wasn’t very good. In 1900 he was graduated on the University of Zurich in physics and mathematics. But no body want to give him a vacancy to be a university teacher.

When he finished the degree, he was looking job for four years. Finally, he have a vacant in a Swiss patent office. While he was working, Einstein became to study. And in few years he pulled a master. And he knew his first wife Mileva Maric.

In a little bit period of time, he made a really important physic theories, like the Brownian motion or the photoelectric effect.

He return to Germany in 1914. And in 1919 Einstein split up with Mileva and he began a relationship with Elsa Loewenthal. They were married some months ago.

In Germany Einstein made the theories of the special relativity and the mass-energy equivalence. In 1921 he win the Nobel price of physics.

In 1933 when Adolf Hitler became the “fürer” of Germany, Einstein was accused to make a Jewish science, and he was persecuted until he emigrate to USA where he live the rest of her life.

Finally, he die in Princeton, New Jersey.

WILL SMITH

Willard Carrol Smith, Jr known as “Will Smith” was born in West Philadelphia, Pennsylvania in 1968. He is from North America. His parents divorced when he was only 13 years.

He studied at Overbrook High School. Will was attracted to music and he met with Jeff Townes, when he was 16 years in a party. They decided to play together as Dj Jazzy and the Fresh Prince. Besides, they produce some albums of rap which are about the family. In 1989, Will met with Benny Medina, who had an idea of make a sitcom based on his life in Beverly Hills, called as “The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air”. He continued his music degree and Dj Jazzy and the Fresh Prince was a success with the “summertime” song. Films as “Dos policias rebeldes” or “Men in black” are two films where he starred in and became successful. In 2001, he was nominated for the Óscar to be the best actor of the film Ali where he starred in as a boxer called Muhammad Ali. Will have married twice. Sheree Zampino was his first wife, he had one son with her but in 1995 they divorced. Although, he married with Jada Pinkett in 1997, they had two children.

Will continues to work as an actor, producer and rapper. In my opinion, he has become famous for appear in “Prince of Bel Air”. Many people knows about him because of it. 

"DANI MARTÍN"

Dani Martín, who is a famous actor and singer in Spain, was born in Alalpardo, a village in the outskirts of Madrid, with his parents and sister. He was the vocalist of the famous pop rock band “El Canto del Loco” (ECDL).

When he was a child he used to imitate his favorite artists in the living room and started to dream about creating his o wn band. As he wasn’t a good student, he started to work with his father and at the same time, he began to study at the Drama School William Layton. Later, Dani decided to study at the Drama School Cristina Rota, where he got his first jobs as a stage actor. The first time that he appeared on television was in a show prepared for New Year’s Eve. Then, he presented a program called “Ponte las Pilas”.  He has acted in several films, such as “Sirenas” of Fernando Leon de Aranoa, “Sin verguenza” by Joaquín Oristrell etc. He was also acted in TV series such as “Los hombres de Paco, “7 vidas”, “Petra Delicado” etc. In 2000, Dani Martin created the music band “El Canto del Loco” and he started to combine his job as an actor with his new job as a singer.  A few years later, Dani wanted to leave the series in order to devote himself to the group “El Canto del Loco”. In 2010, he launched onto the market his first single album which was called “Pequeño”. The best song of his first single was called “16 añitos”. This separation of the group was only temporal. His second single album went on sale in 2013. This single in Spain is called “Cero” but the single launched internationality is called “Caminar”.

Dani Martín continues to work as a single singer and he has been done many tours around the world because since the creation of his two singles, he has become very famous everywhere. Dani Martín is one of my best famous singers. In my opinion, I think that he is an interesting person because all his songs inspired many people to think and reflect on his problems and also to enjoy listening them.

JOAQUIM “PURITO” RODRÍGUEZ

Joaquim Rodríguez Oliver is a catalan professional cyclist who was born in Parets del Vallès in 1979. He started riding a bike when he was 5 years old. When he was a child, he was a great talent on bike and a lot of junior cycling teams began to observe Joaquim. Finally, on 2000, he signed by a professional spanish team called Once, and he started his professional career. Later, he rode with another spanish famous professional, Caisse d’Epagne. But on 2009, Joaquim took the most important decision of his life, he signed by a russian team called Katusha Team. This decision will be the best initiative of his life; when he started ride with Katusha Team, Joaquim became one of the best cyclists in the world.

During his stage in Katusha Team, he has won a lot of races. In 2012, he won the classics races “Fleche Wallonne” and “Giro di Lombardia” and he finished in the second place in the “Giro d’Italia” and third in “La Vuelta a España”, two of the three most famous three-week races. What’s more, “Purito” won the UCI World Tour ranking in 2010, 2012 and 2013. This ranking determines the best cyclist of the season. He also won the “Volta a Catalunya” in 2010 and 2014. In 2013 Joaquim had his best season. He finished in second place in the World Championships and in the most famous cycling race, “Le Tour de France”.

“Purito” Rodríguez stands out as a fantastic climber cyclist and a very charismatic person. He’s a very joker person too.
