WILL SMITH

Willard Carrol Smith, Jr known as “Will Smith” was born in West Philadelphia, Pennsylvania in 1968. He is from North America. His parents divorced when he was only 13 years.

He studied at Overbrook High School. Will was attracted to music and he met with Jeff Townes, when he was 16 years in a party. They decided to play together as Dj Jazzy and the Fresh Prince. Besides, they produce some albums of rap which are about the family. In 1989, Will met with Benny Medina, who had an idea of make a sitcom based on his life in Beverly Hills, called as “The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air”. He continued his music degree and Dj Jazzy and the Fresh Prince was a success with the “summertime” song. Films as “Dos policias rebeldes” or “Men in black” are two films where he starred in and became successful. In 2001, he was nominated for the Óscar to be the best actor of the film Ali where he starred in as a boxer called Muhammad Ali. Will have married twice. Sheree Zampino was his first wife, he had one son with her but in 1995 they divorced. Although, he married with Jada Pinkett in 1997, they had two children.

Will continues to work as an actor, producer and rapper. In my opinion, he has become famous for appear in “Prince of Bel Air”. Many people knows about him because of it.
