"DANI MARTÍN"

Dani Martín, who is a famous actor and singer in Spain, was born in Alalpardo, a village in the outskirts of Madrid, with his parents and sister. He was the vocalist of the famous pop rock band “El Canto del Loco” (ECDL).

When he was a child he used to imitate his favorite artists in the living room and started to dream about creating his o wn band. As he wasn’t a good student, he started to work with his father and at the same time, he began to study at the Drama School William Layton. Later, Dani decided to study at the Drama School Cristina Rota, where he got his first jobs as a stage actor. The first time that he appeared on television was in a show prepared for New Year’s Eve. Then, he presented a program called “Ponte las Pilas”.  He has acted in several films, such as “Sirenas” of Fernando Leon de Aranoa, “Sin verguenza” by Joaquín Oristrell etc. He was also acted in TV series such as “Los hombres de Paco, “7 vidas”, “Petra Delicado” etc. In 2000, Dani Martin created the music band “El Canto del Loco” and he started to combine his job as an actor with his new job as a singer.  A few years later, Dani wanted to leave the series in order to devote himself to the group “El Canto del Loco”. In 2010, he launched onto the market his first single album which was called “Pequeño”. The best song of his first single was called “16 añitos”. This separation of the group was only temporal. His second single album went on sale in 2013. This single in Spain is called “Cero” but the single launched internationality is called “Caminar”.

Dani Martín continues to work as a single singer and he has been done many tours around the world because since the creation of his two singles, he has become very famous everywhere. Dani Martín is one of my best famous singers. In my opinion, I think that he is an interesting person because all his songs inspired many people to think and reflect on his problems and also to enjoy listening them.
